Training packages to help you take you from where you are now, to where you WANT to be!

We all know that making a change will get us results, but sometimes it is figuring out how to make the suitable changes so that it works with your sport, life and busy schedule. Together, we can make a plan. We can figure out exactly what you want to achieve, what you are currently willing to take action on, and then create training programmes that are designed to have you moving strong, and getting fast.

Programming available for performance based goals (ie sport specific) or general health and fitness goals.

Dedicating yourself to consistent action taking will allow you to see the change you desire.

What can be included in your personalised training package:

  • Initial coaching consultation & needs analysis

  • Goal setting 

  • Skills and Practices to help you reach your goals based on what you are ready, willing and able to do

  • Weekly email check-ins

  • Monthly Strength/Fitness testing and/or body composition testing (measures that align with your goals or sport)

  • Adjustments to your programming based on how you are tracking and to continue progressing. Gym programming will factor in sport specific training sessions (ie sprints, days on the water, rugby practice, netball practice).

  • Wellness Monitoring to see how you are recovering after training (provides me with feedback to make adjustments as necessary)

  • Access to coaching queries and check ins via email & messenger

What does coaching involve?

Coaching is centred around YOU.

Together we come up with a plan to help you get from A (where you are now) to B (where you want to be).

What does coaching involve? Here is a little rundown of the process:

  • Our initial coaching session is to see where you are now, where you want to be, and more importantly, what you are willing to work on right now.

  • We collaborate and come up with some skills that you need to work on in order to reach your goals.

  • From those skills we look at which practices may be best suited for you.

  • Then the good stuff - together we choose 1-2x actions that you can start doing, so that you get stronger in your chosen skill. 

  • Once we have chosen the actions, I can help you with the tools you need to start putting those actions into place.

  • And then....the even better stuff! We have regular check-ins and re-evaluate how you are progressing, adjusting any actions as needed/adding more actions to work on.

  • And repeat :)
